I use it as a "night light" in the dog and kitten wash. My house gets DARK and I prefer it to be dimly lit so I can see when I'm walking the dog in the morning before sunrise. We also have a few other cats/creatures that pass under the window, the litter box is nearby, my friend is a shy cat (literally) so he needs to make sure there are no other animals around his little box, or sometimes he can't see it, not to use it. Since then there have been no other accidents anywhere in the house. Will be buying more for my guest bedroom!
