Review on HHIP 3901 5033 Collet Chuck Diameter by Travis Coffman

I liked the diagram in the photo description. Without it I wouldn't have known it would fit my lathe. I have a Grizzly G0765 7x14 mini lathe which is the same size as many Chinese mini lathes. It screws perfectly straight onto the bezel. I measured it to make sure it was working properly and it was working. I had a key in the kit so I don't need to buy it. The only thing I would change about it is the way the base is gripped when the wrench is used on the nut. It's smooth, with an oily film on the arms and base, and no grooves to hold it with a wrench, difficult to hold when the nut is turned with a wrench. I solved this problem using an old oil filter wrench to which I taped some pieces of the old clutch hose. It holds the base in place so I can rotate or detach it. Easy to get in and out of the collets, it works great and works properly. I'm happy with it and it stays on my metal lathe 90% of the time.
