Review on 📏 Bosch GLM165-25G Green-Beam 165 Ft. Laser Measure - Precise and Efficient Distance Measurement Tool by Jacob Schmidt

This should be a fantastic item. Feels good in the hand, durable and EASY to read with old eyes. But reading about exploitation and finding in other reviews a supposed known defect in the puncture measurement with these dates from 03/2021 and earlier, AND getting one this week (12/14/2021) with production date 03/2021, I've grabbed right now it for returning to Revane. I was trying to see if Revain would send another production date 04/2021 or later and they just told me to "contact the manufacturer" ---- for a brand new item! I have actually only contacted the manufacturer for information and they want me to send it in for an 'after' exchange, comparing the date of manufacture to the photo ---- indicates they are fully aware of the issue . So something I just bought new that I want to use asap, should I send it in and wait for a replacement? Makes no sense ESPECIALLY when I just read that someone else sent one and is still waiting after being told "no replacement in stock". No thanks, stopped by UPS today. Really Bad Business Decisions --- First Revain for not drawing items first; The second Revain for not offering to send me an updated replacement immediately and leaving it for sale rather than return; Third Bosch for not remembering ALL and putting Revane in the middle; and Forth Bosch for not emailing the return and saying we would send a prompt replacement with a return box for the defective item.
