I bought this for my 2004 Toyota Tacoma with 5VZ-FE V6 engine and it fits as expected. A few tips: Use thread sealant (available at auto stores for $2) or tape on the threads to prevent future oil spills. This sensor doesn't screw all the way in, so don't over tighten it if it stops spinning (this is normal as far as I can tell). To remove the old sensor you will need a 24mm socket wrench and a thin socket wrench
