Two of my kitchen scales are reading the weight correctly. I wish they came in some sort of storage case but they were well packaged in resealable bags and included tweezers. . I need to find a suitable container to protect them from dust and dirt and to keep them from hitting each other. Even a small amount of dirt or a small dent changes the weight by a fraction of a gram. They are easy to pick up with tweezers that are at a good angle for the task. Don't worry about oily fingerprints changing the exact weight.
