Review on Moen T2901 One Handle Without Chrome T2901 by Jerome Brooks

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I know more about Moen 1220, 1222, 1225 and even 1225B than I ever dreamed of or wanted to know.

The average idiot is here. And today I know about Moen valves and cartridges, pullers, temperature controls, overlays, compatibility and ALL about incompatibilities. I have returned more defective quasi-parts than I thought you would find in stock. And you want to know how many nameless curses a seventy-two-year-old can utter on the thirteenth descent from the third floor down to the basement to find the shut-off valve, come back to turn the shut-off valve, you see. When this renewed beauty finally didn't fit, just before I melted into a heap, utterly resigned to defeat, it dawned on me. universal adapter. I bought this a few weeks ago and thought it would come back with some of my other ideas. Smaller than the one that came with my grip, I placed it on the shut-off pipe and, as the plumbing industry says, began twisting and, and voilà. I resigned with no small aplomb. Now I had a rain shower, a rain shower filler and an elegant handle. It's not what I envisioned when I first thought about upgrading and it involved a lot of wrong paths and workarounds, but it's nice. Good.
