A huge step up from AC NICs

Quick Review: This device is excellent. The performance is just solid and the range is impressive. Has better range and performance than previous AC cards, see below for details. Disclaimer: I have a regular AC1900 router, not an AX, and yet I've seen significant improvements. The following section details my previously owned device so you can assess if this product is right for you. I used to have an MSI branded Intel AC3168 wireless card. My computer is in the far corner of a decent sized house. The AC3168 constantly tries to maintain a stable connection on the 5GHz band. The AC3168 also gave me about 25-35% of the total possible bandwidth advertised by my ISP. As for this monster of a network card, even without an antenna connected, the AX200 chip gave me full speed of my internet connection and stability. Perfect. The ping dropped about 10-15ms which is perfect. I know that with gigabit internet connections, this chip can reach speeds between 800 and 950 Mbit/s. In the photo: sorry, my bad wiring to the antenna is a cable that splits in two when connected to the card. Unfortunately, the Bluetooth function requires a USB connection.
