I like that you can easily create your own modules or use existing ones (ease in choosing). The toolbox has many options for creating different types of forms/modules to suit our needs at any given time - this makes things more flexible than using predefined templates as we don't have too much choice sometimes! It's easy enough if someone new joins my team but some features are difficult without previous knowledge so be prepared before getting started; otherwise there could potentially end up being an issue later down stream which would require additional training etc..
