The wagon has a beautiful design, the handle is covered with soft rubber foam, which makes it very comfortable and easy to use. It folds up very well, easily, quickly and is really space-saving. I tried to move water boxes from 1st to 2nd floor. 3 water boxes and each box weighs almost 46 pounds, so only 138 pounds versus the maximum capacity of 264 pounds according to the product description. So I had to remove 1 water box and the total load dropped to 92 pounds. Handcart lifting improved about 50% but also felt heavy and difficult and I had to exert myself so much. Overall this is a nice handcart, lightweight and easy to fold. But it doesn't seem to work properly on stairs, possibly due to the design/material of the wheels.
