I respect the phrase "you get what you pay for" and it's usually true. So in this case I wasn't expecting too much from this system but I was fine with it as I just wanted to see what's behind me when trying to reset my van. I didn't worry about frills and wifi. Everything arrived neatly and quickly packaged. Before installing, I laid everything out and made a preliminary connection to test and navigate the system. Everything was pretty much self-explanatory, and if you're having trouble, there's a guide as well as YouTube videos to help you out. It's really very simple. The picture quality was as clear as my factory system on my other car, so I'm very happy! As for ease of installation, that's not the product's fault, but installing a wired system isn't as easy as installing a wireless one, but I've read a lot of reviews on wireless systems that say the signal isn't very successful that. If you have mechanical skills you should be fine, otherwise ask a friend for help. I ended up trying this product as it seemed like a poor investment when compared to $200 systems it didn't work. I would say now maybe save some money and give it a try, you won't be disappointed. And if you, customer service, is an email away, they have been very responsive.
