The ability for me as an owner/manager of my property (which happens also be home)to check in guests with their mobile devices was great! I can now see who has checked out or not even if they did so via phone call without having them come back into lobby which saves time & money when it comes down tp customer service issues like lost keys etc.. Being able to track all our revenue sources including room rates / taxes - makes life much easier!! Nothing really negative about this program but sometimes there are glitches where we have no access at times due date changes ect- however these get fixed quickly by tech support team very professionally thank goodness. It's been easy managing customers using prontos system compared to other programs i've used before especially since everything seems integrated within 1 platform allowing us total viewability across multiple platforms such as website.
