Review on Concept Services by Fred Griffin

There are many features that I like about this software. It is easy to use, simple interface and it has some very useful tools for tracking of sales activities. Sometimes it does not give you all details you need but this can be fixed if there is enough time or resources available. The only thing I don't think is worth mentioning here is the price point as it seems expensive compared to others in same category. Tracking activity of our staff members and their performance with other team members is one among few benefits we have realized by using this software.
