Review on Genuine Instant Pot Non Stick Interior by Duane Barker

After reading the reviews on this product I was a little hesitant to buy. I shouldn't have been so worried! It doesn't feel cheap or flimsy to me. This is a really good pot and the price is right for me. It works well, doesn't have the slightest bit of stickiness like stainless steel (which has its place and I use it regularly). I make a lot of sauces and it's nice not to have to worry about the bottom of the pot being too hot and scalding. While I'm still watching it closely, I haven't had any issues yet. One month update January 1st 2018: This is the only inner pot I use. It is much easier to clean after cooking than the stainless steel version. I had no problems with heat at all. At first I was concerned there would be "hot spots" through the element since the bottom of this pan is not a double or triple layer like stainless steel. It wasn't like that at all. I used my stainless steel inner pot for storage so I can only use the non-stick coating. I've used it about 20 times in the last month with no signs of wear. I only use bamboo/wooden/plastic utensils so I can't speak to metal utensils for durability.
