So I ordered this pillow to try and reduce my sleep apnea at night. I was hoping that sleeping in an elevated position instead of on your back would help. Unfortunately it is very hard and uncomfortable to sleep. At a higher setting, the pillow doesn't lie completely flat where your back meets it, and this is uncomfortable. It's better to use it as something to lean on while sitting. On lower settings it was flatter and didn't cause back discomfort, but it was still too stiff and when I laid my head on it it almost didn't budge. It's great to be able to use it in different ways, but because it's too complex I can't continue to use it.
