I bought this seat for my Nordictrack S22i. The cane seat is hard and painful - I tried it once and that was all my butt could endure. This bikeroo seat is softer and wider than the saddle that came with the bike, making the ride less painful as I'm used to including rotation in my cardio workouts. It is also thin enough to be used for spinning. You don't want to end up with a TOO wide seat. The seat is easy to assemble and fits well - no adapter is needed. It's also easy to set up. I'm glad I got it.
