Review on 🚗 Enhance Your Vehicle's Performance with Motorcraft DY861 Glow Plug Switch by Eloy Boelkens

I put one in my 2002 7.3 liter F-350 and it failed in less than two years and 10,000 miles. I replaced it with a White Rodgers 586-902 with 200 amp contact rating. I don't know the DY861's wattage rating, but I've seen photos of the pins in one of them and I doubt it could be rated anywhere near 200 amps. You can find White Rodgers 586-902 at Revain for about $25 more than the DY861 and cheaper elsewhere. Note: The White Rodgers is larger than a Motorcraft piece and is slightly more difficult to install. Do a google search and you will find instructions on how to install it.
