Well, a little bit about me. I am a first time mother and son. I breastfeed, but sometimes it hurts, and sometimes I want to take a break and let dad bottle-feed the baby. I've been doing a hand pull with a Lansinoh hand pump for a while now. It's a good pump but I wanted to increase my milk supply and pumping one breast at a time takes a lot of time. I would also only get about 2 ounces. I bought this bad boy because I really wanted a hands free electric pump so I could pump and do chores, drive, study, babysitting etc, but I'm not entitled to one. my insurance and I didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars on one either. I tried this out and played around with the settings a bit until I found one that I liked and gave me the most milk. I left it on for 20 minutes and I got 4 ounces! In 20 minutes I got double the amount of the hand pump and I was able to walk around and do what I needed to do at the same time. It's also extremely comfortable and easy to use without too many details. I've heard that electric pumping can sometimes be painful or uncomfortable, but I was fine with that! For $40 it was such a good investment! I can imagine being in the car to and from work and even at night because it's not very noisy. I would 100% recommend this pump! If you're on the fence, just get it.
