They need to be assembled with tiny nuts and bolts. Tools with a kit would take ages to complete the job. I have a shop full of tools, also small ones, for this kind of work. The instructions would be a lot clearer if they just said the dark green side should be visible and the unpainted side should not be visible, but oh well, live and learn. It is highly recommended to work on a level surface with all parts inside the reverse vent. Losing screws won't make your day any better.
