Although it feels spongy, it's the least comfortable of the 6 or so headless saddles (noseless saddles) I've tried so far. I thought the extra sponginess would make it more comfortable, but after about 20 minutes my butt starts to hurt. I've tried multiple positions and settings and used multiple times. I think one problem is, note there is no room in the middle for your delicate tissue, unlike most other headless saddles like Sponge Wonder, Spiderflex, Hobson, they all have a gap between each shock pad. Hobson even lets you adjust the size of the gap between your buttocks. If you think about it and then look at this saddle, you'll find that it's uncomfortable and doesn't offer the full protection you want for your sensitive areas. Avoid this and take one of the others I mentioned. I would go with either the Spiderflex or the Spongy Miracle.
