No place for me!

Received this seat yesterday. I installed it on my e-bike, rode about 2 miles and never felt so much pain. First, it's tiny. Tiny. Like a child seat. Expensive. Over $80 and I just don't understand what you are paying for. Then console yourself. They say use it for 3 weeks before I come back but if I did I wouldn't be able to walk. I don't know who buys this chair, but the reviews about it are positive. It was overkill for me (and my neighbors and my wife rode it and they all said "no way".).

terrible design! This saddle without horn works very well.

Ladies and gentlemen, we have a winner. I tried a double seat that adjusts from wide to narrow, horrible design! This polled saddle works very well and didn't take long to get used to. I leveled the seat up and down and moved it along the track to the rear of the bike. This also takes some getting used to, since you are now riding on the ischium. However, there was no pressure on the dam or "garbage area". I've just tried every comfortable seat that was offered and the second one was a charm…

The least comfortable headless saddle I've tried

Although it feels spongy, it's the least comfortable of the 6 or so headless saddles (noseless saddles) I've tried so far. I thought the extra sponginess would make it more comfortable, but after about 20 minutes my butt starts to hurt. I've tried multiple positions and settings and used multiple times. I think one problem is, note there is no room in the middle for your delicate tissue, unlike most other headless saddles like Sponge Wonder, Spiderflex, Hobson, they all have a gap between each…

Ergo the Seat - great bike seat

This seat has been used on my mountain bike and road bike for the last 10 years. As the instructions say, it takes a couple of weeks of repeated use to get used to it, but once that's done you'll realize what a great seat it is. The most comfortable bike seat I have ever had, including original seats and various aftermarket seats. This puts some pressure on your hands, seat and arms, so various handlebar positions while riding, careful "hands-free" vertical riding for short periods when safe…

  • Very impressive

Good grip, no crushed nuts

I have had three of these seats in the last 20 years and will never go back to a traditional bike seat. This seat allows plenty of room for your jewelry to swing freely, yet provides consistent support on long rides and rough terrain. It feels more like leaning your buttocks against a barstool or a wall that you're not *sitting* on, just using it as leverage against pedal travel. I've ridden one of these 65 miles without undue fatigue or discomfort and have also used it on my daily commute for…

Don't touch your female parts!

At first I wasn't sure about this chair, it seemed strange and unusual. It takes some getting used to. Although I noticed from the start that none of my female parts are touching the seat - it was nice! I typically ride 10-40 miles a few times a week. I ride a cruiser bike and sit in a more upright position. I've been using it for a few weeks now and I think I've won. UPDATE: That was a few months ago now. While I still like the fact that it doesn't touch my female parts, I really don't like…

Comfortable but short-lived

I bought one of these three years ago and it makes driving fun again! I've used a few other styles of polled saddles but this has proven to be a longtime favorite of mine. I ride a road bike, albeit with "mustache" bars instead of handlebars, and ride every day, mostly on commute trips, usually about an hour a day for one or two rides. While that place cost about twice as much as second place, it's a long way off, and with three years of depreciation, the difference is only about three cents a…

Terrible experience

As a cyclist who struggled with "Lady Garden: Trouble from the Start" I found this saddle to enjoy the ride and not focus on the pain to focus which kept me from the whole experience. I spent $80 on this saddle and it's the worst thing I've ever brought under my income, aside from my old quarter horse that dumped me twice for every three I rode. I have to say, I have to say right off, this saddle gave me NO PAIN in the girls parts, what a joy not to have it straight out of a parachute. Not only

Cross-country skiing on the seat.

About three years ago, I decided to ride my bike across the United States. I'm not a competitive cyclist, I'm not even a particularly serious cyclist. I only ride for fun and fitness. I can only handle an hour and a half to two hours of cycling on a traditional saddle, so cross country riding was out of the question. After comparing hornless saddles I settled on the Ergo The Seat as it looked like the simplest and most durable of the range. I am male and weigh about two hundred pounds. During…
