Out of the box these units should be great. Problem #1: 2 units out of 6 were damaged and NOT delivered. This means the supplier sent a damaged item. This is not what I expected from a higher tier container company. Problem #2: Units are stacked 3-up. I couldn't separate them, I was wondering if the above damage was caused by someone else trying to separate them and the company just restocked the returned damaged items. Vacuum. My wife loves these devices so we are asking for a replacement. Hope they arrive undamaged. The second set arrived, no problems. The units are separate as shown in their video. There were no lesions on the lips. The first few times it was difficult to attach the top pieces, then they worked fine. I would order them again.
