The product is fine but whoever sent it didn't glue it.
The filter is good for what it is. I wish they could be washed/cleaned. My neighbors let me use my air purifier 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so I have to change it more often than I'd like. As a side note, whoever shipped my filter packs the last few times I've ordered didn't bother to tape the boxes. They come OPEN at both ends. Even after I asked them to put it in a Revain package. This time the seller just sent the box as is and it was open at both ends. wtf. No tape. There is nothing to secure the box.
