The platform is easy-to use for our sales teams who are located all over Europe so we can have conversations even if they're not physically around each other at any given time! There's no real downside but I wish there were more options available when it comes down do setting things like phone numbers or email addresses as you want them set - some people won't be able get their preferred format (eSMS vs SMS) others will prefer an easier way than having 2 different fields within one form which isn’t intuitively obvious that this would happen? We've been using tbc since inception now almost 4 years ago & nothing has changed yet from my perspective except better security measures put into place across both platforms after major data breaches affecting customers last year.
