Review on Detroit Axle Passenger Bearing Assembly by Eric Timbeross

I had a lot of Detroit Axle brake parts and a front rebuild kit. The front end rebuild kit lasted as long as I expected (the ball joints were a bit loose after 18 months of hard daily riding) but the brakes never let me down and were great quality. However, they were damaged. One of the bearings had a bad wheel speed sensor where it bolts to the hub assembly. Luckily I was able to remove the faulty wheel speed sensor and luckily one of the wheel speed sensors on the hubs I was replacing failed. I put the old sensor in the new hub and the ABS does not light up. If I were a regular street fighter I might not have the brains or knowledge to replace the old sensor. Oddly, one hub came in a Detroit Axle box and the other in a plain brown box with a different language on it. It's okay, I know they're from China, although sometimes ignorance can be bliss. The hubs themselves appear to be of excellent quality and have not given me any problems (other than the sensor breaking right out of the box). The bearings I replaced have done 370,000 miles, if they come with them I'll still be happy because for the price I can afford to replace them again.
