Review on Nikon Mirrorless Digital 10 30Mm PD ZOOM by Chris Hanson

As a professional photographer, I own several Nikon DSLRs. I chose this model as a more compact and convenient option for travel than business. I'm impressed with the features and flexibility of this camera, especially the ability to switch to manual mode. Most point-and-shoot cameras limit you to selecting a predefined scene, which can limit your ability to create custom images. Aside from that, the scene selector is also very useful when I'm trying to capture a photo or image and don't intend to alter it with Photoshop. Surprises include the ability to shoot continuously at up to 60 fps or a shutter speed of 1/16,000 sec. I'm not sure where I'll be using these features while on vacation, but I'll be ready if the opportunity arises. The built-in Wi-Fi is also a great feature, allowing me to download files to my tablet without having to lug around another bulky cable. So far my only disappointment has been the lack of a viewfinder. This option is available on the Nikon 1 V3 but not on the J5. While the tilting display is very clear and allows you to shoot overhead or from below, it can be quite difficult to see in brightly lit areas.
