This book is an excellent comprehensive resource. Not only does it contain various movements for the arms and upper body, but also the basics of hand anatomy and physiology, as well as very helpful photos and drawings to help with proper positioning and movement. In addition, there are highlights of overall health and well-being - breathing, alignment, and reminders to move many times a day wherever we are. (And the balls fit easily on a desk or in a holdall.) I've found balls to be good for more than just my arms and torso, and I've used them on my feet and legs, too. And you can double your value for the time you spend tending to more than one body part when you use the ball between hand and foot or hand and foot. Be sure to get both a book and small health balls.
