Rusted and frozen in 2 years!
I purchased the Badger 5 through Revain in November 2016. It is now January 2019 and the device has stopped working. It replaced an earlier Badger model that the manufacturer installed in 2012. Both units worked well, but the buyer should not expect more than a few years of service from the new unit. (3 ยฝ from the first; 2 from the second.) The problem is that the interior is badly rusted. See photo. It has been jamming for the last few months but the Allen key has been able to free it up to this day with no problem. No longer works! The device was used like any normal customer in the kitchen and almost every day. No extreme use. Obviously bad quality.
