This company provides a great service.
The support team is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I have recommended them to other companies and they have had excellent results. They have helped me solve issues I was unable to resolve. I highly recommend them. Their services do not seem expensive at all. For example if you use their compliance toolkit which costs $1k or so per year it includes things like PCI DSS audits, HIPAA auditing, GLBA, SOX, etc. In addition it will provide your organization with an annual audit of its policies and procedures as required by federal law. So there is no cost associated with this process! And unlike most vendors who charge thousands just for doing something that should only take 10-15 minutes (e.g., creating a password policy), CT Compliance has made this task much easier.
- Support is outstanding - they always respond within hours to any issue.
- Their knowledge and experience exceeds any competitor I have worked with.
- They provide a comprehensive solution for PCI/HIPAA compliance, and even offer annual compliance checks and certifications at very reasonable prices.
- If you need help integrating this toolset with existing applications, they are really expensive (although they claim they will do this for you).
- There is no option for multi-tenant access, so they cannot provide single sign-on for multiple organizations.
