Love this - perfect for touching up small areas that need touching up. I have several kits filled with different colors and so far they remain "good". without drying paint. I rinse the brush very well after each use (latex paints) and cover it with a lid. It would be nice if the manufacturer put a spot on the pen where you could easily mark the paint information, but I use a permanent marker and it works "well". Note, however, that they are NOT reusable. Only one use of the stylus (at least as far as I can tell!). But the syringe used to fill the pen stays completely clean, so you can use different colors without fear of "mixing" leftovers from the previous color.
