Cracked after 6 months

Door was easy to assemble and install when I bought it in June. In December we found a crack running from top to bottom on the board that the handle mounts to. I tried using the " manufacturer support” link from Revain, but there is no where on the site to submit questions or get help. Absolutely NO customer service support.
