Make a habit of pressing the Select key even when your computer wakes up from sleep mode and you don't switch to another computer. My LG Ultra Widescreen TV does not work in Displayport 1.2 mode with this switch. Tried several good quality cables as well as the cables that came with it. This KVM is suitable for work. Basically he does what he says. It simply won't connect to the monitor after a sleep or power failure without switching to another input and back. Mouse and keyboard switching works fine, Microsoft and Logitech wireless keyboard/mouse. It's cheaper and I don't regret buying it. It may not be the right KVM for some use cases. I don't use audio switching, so I can't comment on that.
