This product has worked great for 2 months. Now you can hear it, but it doesn't block. Changed the batteries twice and the problem persists. I expected more from Honeywell. I called the support phone number. It sounds like Hymen innovation. I called again thinking I dialed the wrong number and Hymen Innovation. I called Honeywell's general number, dialed the door lock option and Hymen Innovation. I went through the menu and chose the door locks. He took you straight to voicemail. I then sent an email. They emailed me back within a few hours. They called me the next day too. I gathered some information and sent it to them (in response to an email they sent me). Replacement overnight. I just installed it. So far, so good! Super happy with customer service!
