El mecanismo no da la hora correcta

Compré esto para unos relojes que estoy preparando y qué decepción! Las agujas no entran con facilidad y son muy endebles por lo que se dificulta más ponerlas, finalmente después de mucho esfuerzo logre ponerlas pero 💣 💥 la hora seguía casi igual porque las agujas no avanzaban correctamente.
