Product the SCALA2 does not meet the standards of quality or reliability that you expect from Grundfos and that we expect from ourselves. You can also, if you wish, select a credit for the returned stock used to purchase the MQ and/or CMBE product to be used line. As there is no guarantee that all products sold will actually not work, we ask that they are non-returnable and must follow the normal local warranty process where necessary. The products in question were manufactured from week 3, 2016 up to and including week 1, 2019. Why is this different from the previous warehouse return? Recent quality improvements including a new mold design have been tested through thousands of hours of work to ensure we bring the best product to market and we are confident that SCALA2 blocks (post 1902 production codes) will return to normal fairly quickly with warranty scores. Following this announcement we will provide a detailed description of any improvements made, but until then please contact your local sales manager for more information on returns and the options you may wish to consider. Each Grundfos SCALA2 product is printed with a square label on the packaging. The label shows a 4-digit code in YYWW format. YY stands for the last two digits of the year of manufacture. WW is the production week number for that year.
