A good quality product, I rate this purchase perfectly.
I took it as a source of 12V to the country house, I have not tested it under load yet. The fan is always on, the speed depends on the output voltage, it is quite noisy, but not critical for my purposes. For myself, I immediately decided to “finish” a little: I installed a Chinese digital voltmeter and brought out a voltage adjustment potentiometer. The result is a range of 10.5 - 14.5 V without load. I am satisfied
