Use only for measurement, not on the phone. I haven't had time to figure it out yet, so drawing a diagram on paper is still faster for me. However, this device saves me 30-50 percent of the time it takes me to measure the floor of a house with a tape measure. Still need tape for some issues like long walls between doors and when the house is cluttered with furniture, no problem! I don't understand why I didn't do this sooner.
