My favorite feature is that it has an auto dialer which allows me to make calls from my computer screen without having someone physically at my desk taking orders or making sales pitches over phone lines - saving time as well.
I don't like how complicated everything can be with this software (it takes some getting used too). It tends to take longer than you would expect when setting up certain features such as email notifications/reports etc.. If your looking into something similar then definitely consider trying other products before deciding!
