This is my first radio and I don't think I could be happier. Once you get over the learning curve, it's really powerful in terms of configuration. Get the open source Companion tool for Windows for sure! Makes set up of a new model so much easier! I've had it about a month and I've got it doing voice feedback with the Amber sound pack, logical states to switch flight modes with verbal cues, custom start screen, etc. Really really happy with it. You'll also want to get the rechargeable battery, IMO they should just include it but whatever. With the new charge port that's been added you don't need to take the battery out anymore.
