I originally ordered this for myself my husband is BioFreeze or nothing so when it arrived and he saw me trying it he asked me to put it on his legs rubbing because they used to hurt and boy it's almost every day now I mean he just says its good to get free massages but I've noticed he doesn't toss and turn that much because his legs hurt and we already ordered a second bottle because he wants to make sure it doesn't leak lol. It has helped me personally, I use it for my lower back and knee and it works wonders. I love this stuff!
