After looking at dozens of replacement heads and bad reviews that they didn't fit, I did a little research. My old head was 3/4 inch and I couldn't find a man that size. This head, which I thought was perfect, said it was for G1/2 threads, not NPT. So I looked online and saw that the G1/2 thread is actually 0.8". I measured mine and it was just over 3/4 inch. So order a G1/2 connector head and it will fit perfectly. This retractable head is from my RV and is pretty standard.
