The ease in which you can track items that are needed within any facility makes this program very useful! There isn't anything I dislike about it though - great product overall with tons to offer many different scenarios throughout companies as well as facilities across multiple states (and even countries!). No issues at all here!! This has been nothing but beneficial towards our business so far because we have seen just how much more efficient everything runs when things run smoothly from A--Z. I like that it has built in features to help with tracking patient records as well! The interface could be more user friendly but overall so far its been great!! We have had no issues thusfar since using MSD last year at our previous job. Definitely use this product if you are looking into purchasing any kind of med supply management system. ! Its helped us track everything we need from purchase through disposal while keeping up good recordkeeping throughout each process step. !!
