Fantastic Platform and Amazing Support

The integration with Salesforce is fantastic - we are able pull in all of our CRM data as well from across various channels including live calls, email or even phone conversations! This makes it super easy for teams around sales enablement/lead nurturing. It also has many useful widgets that make life easier when creating content such as case studies which can be used across multiple pages within my website (which have different goals). We were very happy working this product until they shut down their support team back end services last year so now there's no longer any help available if you run into issues using either API /amp GA integrations etc.. There needs more options at low price points like $5 per month where companies could offer great value add features but not require full service fees just yet which will come later I'm sure? Great solution for those who use both webchat It has all of my favorite features in one place, it's very easy for our customers (and myself)to navigate through their platform which saves time by allowing us access from anywhere at anytime! I would love more training as there are some things that we have not been able t help with yet but they will be coming soon :). We've seen an increase amount/quality leads since using this system so far, especially when compared against other platforms out side Salesforce like Jigsaw or Hubspot etc..
