Ideal for areas without electricity

We received it for use in our van's bathroom and I chose it for its small, compact size as well as its ability to run without electricity. It has done a good job of drying out the normally stuffy and humid air. It's completely silent unless it's charging, so it doesn't bother us in crowded areas at night. Our son's car recently had water damage and in this case too it was perfectly operational.
