Not what we expected.
We are having some problems with this product. It had to be applied VERY hard to make it work properly, which we didn't realize when we first applied it to some Halloween decorations and then hung them outside where our black light was. So the effect didn't work very well with the middle layer. It must be applied strongly. We were also frustrated/disappointed that it was advertised as matte but ended up being glossy (see marker photos). We only realized this once the paint had dried, we managed to return/re-order.
