Once you understand that you have a choice of tube size the company has sent you all you need to set it up, either way, it is easy to do. I have been begging my husband for over 5 yrs to do something about his hearing. He refused to spend $2,000 plus per ear for hearing aids. When I found this unit it seemed too good to be true. $119. per ear. I took a chance and order it. It has changed the way we live. I have my husband back. We can have casual conversations without facing one another. I can talk to him from another room! All I can say is buy it you will love them!I am an 84-year-old former university professor of psychology and a professional speaker who has been growing increasingly hard of hearing for several years. I have known I needed to purchase a hearing aid device, but I just couldn't bring myself to spend limited retirement resources for hearing aids costing several thousands of dollars.Then my wife came across an ad for hearing aids made by Banglijian which cost only a bit over $100. I ordered the cheapest one, the ZIV-201 and it arrived immediately. I began using it in my worst ear with surprisingly good results. After about a month, the sound began to fade, so my wife contacted the company and got a response immediately telling me how to clean out the small tube with a cleaner provided, how to flush it with water to get rid of accumulated ear wax. It worked perfectly.Then we contacted the company and ordered a second hearing aid for the other ear, this time a ZIV-206, a wee bit more expensive, but with a few better features. Once I figured how to use the new features to diminish background noise when in a noisy environment like a restaurant, it has been remarkable.This company is very responsive to any concerns and gets a grade A for their customer satisfaction.I'm still getting used to hearing sounds I haven't really heard for years, and my wife (who is the one who kept encouraging me to give hearing aids a try) is very pleased that I don't have to ask her to repeat what she has just said nearly as often. We LOVE talking with each other, so this really inexpensive hearing implement is fantastic.If you've been putting off purchasing hearing equipment because of the truly outrageous costs of most such aids, consider purchasing from Banglijian. At this point, I would suggest that the few extra dollars to buy the ZIV-206 is the way to go.John S. We have now had this for a month and it has gotten better as we have gotten more familiar with the unit. Their customer service is fantastic! We had a problem with the sound becoming lower and thought it was the device. All we needed to do was contact them by email sent from CONTACT SELLER on your order page and they were there to help and solve the problem with simple instructions. If you think the device you have has a problem it is mostly something they can help you with. This is the best buy we have made in years.
