Installed incorrectly in the trailer accessory
When I first connected it to my truck and the brake controller it didn't work. After checking the wiring diagram and the contacts in the circuit under the dash, I was able to remove the contacts from the connector and connect them correctly. I think the Chinese sweatshop that made it was having a bad day. lol!
