Installed controller and ram dealer had to program the computer to recognize the controller. The dealer stated that he would not connect until the third try. When I plugged in the pendant, the controller worked for 5 minutes and then turned off. I unplugged the truck, waited 10 minutes and started the process again. The dispatcher saw the trailer again and braked, and after 30 minutes he refused. I returned this item and they sent me another one that wouldn't connect and didn't recognize the controller. Both units showed miles on the units, the first showing 183,000 miles, the second showing 11,200 miles which would indicate they were used and not new.
