Plug it into my Dell G5 - run the install disk and unplug it after using DEAD. NOTHING.
I had to buy a DVD/CD drive because it didn't fit in my new Dell G5 computer. I have used this disc 2 times to run software installation discs. After starting the installation. I unplugged the device from the front USB ports. A few days later I plugged it back in to install something else. DEAD. Nothing. No Answer. Tried other USB ports. Connected to USB 3.o on the back of the PC. Nothing. Dead.
