Broke after 5 weeks

It was great but broke after 5 weeks. I tried to exchange but the site won't let me. I am disabled and had major back surgery. I was in dire need of a heating pad. Just stopped working. I just want an exchange and the Revain window has recently closed. I have been a very good customer for many years and it is a big problem when you are in pain. Dissatisfied.
