Review on O-Cedar EasyWring Spin Mop Microfiber Refill - Convenient Pack of 4 by Brandon Hilton

I have had the O-Cedar floor cleaning system for 2 years now. The handle broke during the move and I needed more heads so I reached out to the company for help. I bought this set of 4 replacement heads and was very disappointed on arrival. Once wet they were so thin they didn't lay flat on the floor, flipped the mop head upside down as I washed the mop, and didn't stay in the bucket when I wrung out the nozzle. I gave a 1 star rating because I expect more from the company. On a whim I decided to throw all 4 mop heads in the washer and dryer, shaking vigorously and heating to lift the mop heads a bit. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED PEOPLE! It transforms from a limp clump of tendrils into a fluffy mop head, plush and ready for action. I have attached two photos. Photo #1 below shows my old mop head, the mop head that was just taken out of the box and finally the mop head after a heavy washer/dryer. Photo #2 shows two freshly washed mop heads and how plush/thick they are. Before you come here to complain about a replacement, throw these attachments in your washer and dryer. You will not be disappointed!
